Does anyone think this new bk law

Does anyone think this new bk law will be changed if the republicans get out of office? It really has done nothing to curb bk, and I keep hearing there are more foreclosures now, than before. Is this a political issue or do the lobbyists just have so much $$ it will never be changed? I am just thinking out loud!

It took a couple of decades to get any changes to the BK laws and have these new laws enacted. We can't even get immigration bills and homeland security bills through with any speed so, personally, I don't see this as a big enough issue to be impacted by a change in the political climate.

Probably not. The laws didn't really change all that much to begin with. It took alot of legislation just to pass them, I doubt any politicians will spend that kind of time anytime soon to redo them all over again.
