i filed bk in april 2002 it was discharged in july of 2002. i recently applied for a home loan got pre approved, found a house , and intend to close on the 18th of march.well the attorney handling the purchase of the home called me and informed me that a creditor had a judgement against me. that creditor was listed on my bk. how long does a creditor have to challenge a ruling and what do i expect now that he said that it would be a dispute?
