How Long Now?
Our sixty day for objections ended on 11-20-06 with no problems. I was wondering what is the typical wait time for discharge and closing of our case. We had a "NO ASSET" case. Also, will our discharge show up under the "Docket Activity Report" in Pacer?

Well, considering last week was a shortened work week, I would wait about 10-14 business days (the week 12/04/06 thru 12/08-2006) and then see if you're discharged. If not by then, youcan call the clerks office to find out the status.Bankruptcy History:

My last day for objections was 09/27 and I was discharged on 11/08. Hopefully yours will be a little quicker, the wait drove me crazy!!!To err is human. To really mess things up, you need a computer.Comment
