Does anyone know if a BK will come up on a criminal background check?

I wouldn't think so......no laws broken for filing BK.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007

It won't show up specifically in a criminal report. But if your applying to something that requires a criminal background check, then odds are, they are doing a general back ground check as well, and your BK will show up. After all, your BK is public record.Comment
