Our 341 meeting is next week
Well I thought horrible too at first till I found this board , THANKS TO ALL
been trolling for couple weeks now , decided to say thanks for all the great posts.
Hopefully all will go well next week , filed chapter 7 , no assets , Our means test for the past 6 months was a couple hundred buck too high, but lawyer said that would be no problem because that was past earning and now that we no longer have a second income we pass going forward , wife is out of work been out for couple months now. We tried to keep things up and basically spent everthing trying had just enough money left for the lawyer.
House is safe , never been late on it , and our cars are OLD paid for and inside the allowable for Georgia.
