    Repo Man facts

My biz is repo. I come after you if you do not pay!

I have been reading about everyone's concerns about the "REPO" and hiding the cars. I would like to caution you folks on following the advice of some who post here. The information is not accurate to a point and could land you in jail.

Although I am new to this forum and very busy, I will take the time to answer any question you might have on the repo process. I am also very astute on credit reports and will answer those questions as well. You can be assured that my answer's are accurate and if I do not know something, I will either find out or tell you " I don't know"

Ask your questions under this post only if you want my answer's. I am to busy to search this entire forum as I am a moderator of another.

Best way to remove stuff off credit report

There are some things that are not right but close and there are others that it would benifit me to have removed. You hear alot about removing stuff from your credit file. What is the best way?

Maybe you can shed some light on this?

We just filed on Monday. We have 2 vehicles that we are horribly upsidedown on and we are gonna let them go back to Capital One. We stayed current on the payments, but will stop paying as of now. Our 341 meeting should be in 4-5 weeks. We are planning on replacing the vehicles with less expensive and more economical vehicles.

How long do we have b4 we have to turn the vehicles in? How will Capital 1 go about this? Will they have us turn them in or have them repo'd?

      Thanks for providing info.
