    Another 341 Complete

We just returned from out 341 meeting and it went just as our former-trustee Atty said - smooth and short. The funny part was that there were a couple of people ahead of us who had filed pro se and they each took quite a while with the trustee. When we got there, the few questions he had were standard routine. He asked us if we would provide a couple of things and our attorney pointed to them in his 3" thick file and upon the second occurrence, the trustee winked at our atty and said "you're reading my mind again Scott" - that's why we retained him! All told, we spent maybe 8 minutes with the trustee compared to the 20 min or so the pro se filers spent.

Our Atty is going on our Christmas card list

Now for 60 days of holding our breathe......

    ....and then..

Great to hear that things went so well during your 341 today, Sammy! Sounds like you found the perfect attorney - way to go! Hope the next 60 days go uneventfully and quickly, then it's on to your new, fresh financial start!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

There was a lot of winking and "inside jokes" running back and forth between our attny and the Trustee during our 341.

The Trustee wants to see our taxes next spring after we file so as a parting comment the Trustee said, "You want to be sure to turn your taxes in to me. You don't want to undo all the hard work your attny has put in." Then there was a glancing **wink, grin, wink** to our attny.

Amazing the difference having a well respected attny makes!!

      Congrats, Sammy!!
