Ok.....I was on the Pacer website and found somethings I don't understand. Have court date on March 24, 2005. What does this mean???? We received a notice to appear in court for "Chapter 13 trustee's objection to plan confirmation".

Pacer had this on file......

Pending Status: Awaiting Confirmation ,Awaiting Discharge ,Awaiting Trustee's Report

You'll need to register.

PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.

Then you'll get a username and password in the mail within two weeks, which you can use depending on which district you're in.
