hello to everyone... I'am going to be filling chapter 7 bankruptcy in the next couple of weeks.. i plan on doing it my self but just need to know about somethings... first since i live with my mom do i need to include her income... and also i had a car repo about 3 years ago that she co sign for do i need to put her information on my paper work thank you

No, you don't need any info from her or about her for this debt. However, if you discharge it in bankruptcy, your mom is on the hook for it. She has to either pay it for file bankruptcy too to get rid of the obligation. Of course if you're not paying on this now, she's already either paying on it or taking a huge hit to her credit.
