I am 28 and owe somewhere around 8-9k. I haven't paid on any of my CC bills in 2 yrs. due to I went back to school and took a significant pay cut. I didn't make enough money to survive let alone pay CC. My question is other than contacting a lawyer what else needs to be done I have no clue at all where to begin what to say and how to do this. I want a fresh start because I got my CC at 20 yrs old and thought I could handle it and now I have horrible credit and want a clean start. Any info would be great my car is paid of, I have 13,000 in student loans, plus 8-9k in CC debt, and 4k in medical I cant pay. I need all the advice I can get I am to young to be this stressed.
