Update on my case..

Well the trustee got her "second" 60 day motion for a extension to object through and including 02/01/2007..

My thoughts on the issue are that if she had a reason to object she would have done so already.. She said during our 341 meeting she would not discharge this much debt and took issue with my wife not working, even though my wife is not involved in this case...

But to object you have to have a leg to stand on which I feel she doesnt... and she intends to prolong the matter in hopes I will get frustrated and convert to a 13.. which we cant do..

What are your thoughts on the issue??

Even if your wife was a part of the case, I don't think the trustee has any right to comment on her not working. You may be right that she is just hoping you'll cave. Remember that the trustee does not have the final say regarding your bk - that belongs to the judge. Hang in there!
