    Finally done!

    We are finally discharged and CLOSED!

    Our car Reaffirm finally was posted on Thursday, came home Friday and checked pacer again we were discharged and closed on the same day!
    I was so afraid they wouldn't get the car reaffirment in before the discharge, but I can see now they held the discharge open until it came in...Thank the Lord! Ours has been a nail biter as we were way over the income and one of our expenses was college tutition (they rarely ever allow this) that they could have very well taken out and put us in a 13. We are very thankful for having such a experience and brave lawyer that took a chance on the chapter 7 he was worth every penny we spent. The Lord blessed us with a fresh start and we are truely thankful for that.

    Thanks so much everyone for all of your advice and words of wisdom. This board has been a blessing to us and I will continue to check it often!

    10/25/06: 341 meeting Done!
    12/25/06: Last day for objections.... Dear Santa, can we have a bk discharge for Christmas please?

      So happy for you, InLimbo! Congratulations on your fresh financial start - you must be so happy! Now it's on to cleaning up your credit reports - good luck and keep us posted on how that is going for you!
