I am in serious credit card debt. I have taken out several cash advances in the past years to support my gambling habits. I have about $36,000. in CC debt. I made a cash advance yearterday to gamble. How long do I need to stay clear from withdrawing cash advances from my CC before I file BK.

Six months is the rule of thumb. Get yourself some help for you gambling addiction!
