ECMC is breaking up my family!

I hope someone can help us out. My wife and I had triplets in Nov. 2002. They were born at 31 weeks. We had many problems with their health and still do to this day. One of our sons has braces and receives therapy from 3 different people each week. The other two boys also have some learning-social delays which require in home therapy. On with the story. Last year we had to file chapter 7. We were completely swamped. My wife is a teacher and only makes around 35k a year. I have to stay with the boys because we cannot afford daycare of any kind and have no relatives to take care of them. Addtionally, we receive food assistance and insurance for our children through the state(KY). My wife has no student loans but I do. --55,000+-- roughly. I have had to file an adversarial proceeding to try to get the debt discharged. ECMC is the name of the company that is servicing the loan. i have already ran up a legal bill of 8k+ and haven't been to court yet. ECMC claims that we can to pay them back over the next 25 years. The problems with this are many. We only have one vehicle and it's got 90k on it. If I get a second job on top of my full time job raising the triplets, we loose our state sponsered insurance for the kids. Not to mention another car payment/insurance and we would have to get insurance for the kids through her job and that is a huge chunk of money. I was not able to finish my degree(education-teaching degree). Ky requires that teachers must have a master's to teach. So I'm looking at somewhere around 2-3 years of more education to finish up. I'm currently 35 years old. If I'm lucky, I might become a teacher before I'm forty. Back to the story, ECMC is pushing the case to the limit. They want us to live at the most minimal level possible. No cable tv, cell phone, internet etc. Are these things luxeries? My wife teaches computer science and we use the phone to contact each other all the time concerning the kids. ANd I admit our children like to watch the WIggles. ANyway, the whole ordeal is causing major problems. I have nothing in my name, my wife is the only person on the deed to the house and car. I'm hearing threats(our lawyer has told us what they can do) of garnishments on my wife, leins, raiding our joint bank account etc....

When is the fresh start going to begin for my family? What idiot congressman voted for a bill that would bust up a family? Is there anybody that can provide free legal advice for taking on these headhunters? My family is at stake. It seems really silly that I have to put my family's future in jeopardy running up legal bills to prove that we have NO money to pay to begin with. There are many more facts that I have left out but I'm tired of typing.
