As far as I know, Minny's case is still not closed.

Hello - I'M OKAY AND WELL.............
Just "buried under" in year-end audit at work and "brain -dead" when I head home at nite.......
I check in periodically, but most of your don't know I'm here "snooping" around........
Will be back on in full gear as soon as the heavy work load is over........gotta pay the bills ya know.....
Case is still open - 815 days ad still counting............. Waiting on a reply from the judge (sent him a letter)......
Am in the process of trying to refinance my home and get it off the land contract and down to a reasonble interest rate...... so far so good.......
My credit score is back up again 686 and have been discharged a little over 2 years now....... so can now get a better rate......
Will know more shortly.... am still shopping around for the best rate.....
I miss everyone on the forum and hope to be back shortly with you all.....
