    From PACER--quick question about dates

Date filed: 11/09/2006 Date of last filing: 12/28/2006

    Awaiting Discharge 12/28/2006 20 days
Chapter 7 Trustees Report of No Distribution

--Info above from PACER. Due to the continuance of 2 wks, it pushed the second 341 mtg. to 12/28. I am told to go by the last date of objections, which is 2/12/07 and allow 1 week to receive the discharge paperwork. But if it says above, only 20 days that I've been waiting discharge, and date of last filing 12/28, what does this mean for our discharge? Should I expect it to happen around 2/14 or ___? Thanks!

It doesn't change anything. Date of last filing simply indicates the last time some document was filed in your case.

Could the 20 days you're referring to possibly be "Status"??

Since the Last Date of Filing is the same day as your 341 Meeting, chances are your Trustee filed a "Held a Meeting of the Creditors. Found no Assets to administer. Prays the report will be found acceptable and asks to be relieved of duties in your case." statement.
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007

        from Pacer...

The 20 days is 'days awaiting discharge' and 11 (which I removed because I wasn't sure what that was, must have been the 'status'..whichever that means)

So should we concern ourselves with the last date of objections and assume discharge would be 2/13 or beyond, or go with the 341 date? I am seeing both when people post that they are discharged.
