Question RE Pacer

Our case has been filed. I checked pacer today, and under our case # it has us, the trustee we were assigned, and also US Trustee office.

I am assuming that this means that the US Trustee will be involved. Is it normal for them to be assigned IMMEDIATELY like that?

Our lawyer also warned us that there were 3 trustees, but there was 1 that was a lot harder to deal with. Of course, we got that one . The journey begins. Hey, at least the damn phone has stopped ringing.

Trustees are usually assigned in random methods, like the first letter of your last name. So if for example, certain trustees are assigned certain sections of the alphabet, than it would be determined automatically that way. The US trustee will usually have no bearing on your case, unless there are some red flags.
