They're either gonna make us go into a 13 or dismiss us. Did anyone ever fight the conversion and win?

If you do some research here and on Google on motion 707B's you will see that some have won and some lost. What is the reason they are claiming abuse? Are your expenses unreasonable? That's usually the reason for the motion. What does the letter say on why they want to convert you?
