I live with my parents but pay them a decent rent. Will they be affected at all with a chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy? I have no joint loans with them. I am on thier car insurance policy but I do pay them monthly for that too.
Also, I have had to use one credit card in the last two months, I hadn't used any in a few months prior. It wasn't for any "luxury" items, mostly food and gas. What kind of effect will this have on any BK proceedings?
