New REPO question ?
I have 2 questions . .
1. i called to have my car voluntarily repo-d. the repo man also had me sign a (vol) repo form . . . stating i give them permission to sell the property.
Will doing EITHER one of those cause non-dischargeability ? ? ?
2. i took the license off the vehicle before them taking it. can i use that license plate and transfer it onto another (OLD) vehicle that's up for renewal to avoid paying the higher fee (for renewal) . .. these plates are up in september.
Is it OK to do that ? ? ?
