I got a letter from Gerald E. Moore & Associates, the letter states that the creditor is Worldwide Asset Purchasing II, LLC, "successor to interest in Bank of America".

Did BoFA turn my debt over to this lawfirm, or the Worldwide place?

Well it looks like you have hit the lovely area of debt collecting I was thrown into....the bottom feeders. Bank of America sold you account for pennies to Worldwide (a vulture on bofa's payroll)....however now it's with Gerald Moore who ironically started in the bankruptcy department at Bank of America. Convenient?

who do I list on my petition? Can I just list BoFA?

What do you mean started the bankruptcy dept?

List all 3.

List the acct # and BoA first with the $$$ amount of the LOC.

Then list Worldwide, on behalf of BoA.

Then list Gerald Moore, on behalf of Worldwide/BoA.
