i am in the process of filing bankruptcy
i am in the process of filing bankruptcy, but the lawyer that i have told me that if i file than i will loose my mobile home becaus there was never a title to it and their should have been and it should have been surrendered and the attorney told me that one was never issued for my home so now what do i do will the trustee asigned to my case have my house sold??????

Another member here is in this exact situation and fighting for her mobile home also. It seems that the Trustee will in some cases seize this asset. That does not mean that your trustee will. is their any way that i can still get a title for my mobile home and see if kentucky housing will put a lein on my home so i dont loose it have you seen or heard of this happening because i do not want to loose my home.. The courthouse here shows that the title was canceled and surrendered but my lawyer is afraid that it was not done right because there is no record of the title at the courthouse alls they have is a paper that says it was canceled and surrendered so what do i do i am so lost and confussed?????????????/Comment
