I have one more question. If they open the bid on my house at what is owed the mortgage lender, and nobody bids & the house goes to the lender, how soon would I be hit with a deficiency judgement? Would it be when the lender re-sells the house?
This is all so very confusing for me. I cant wait until I can get the lawyers money together to pay off the bankruptcy and get it all behind me.
