On April 1, 2007, some of the standard bankruptcy forms have changed due to changes in the dollar amounts listed on the forms:
* B1, Voluntary Petition
* B6C, Schedule of Property Claimed as Exempt
* B6E, Schedule of Creditors Holding Claims Entitled to Priority
* B7, Statement of Financial Affairs
* B10, Proof of Claim
* B22A, Statement of Current Monthly Income and Means Test Calculation (Chapter 7)
* B22C, Statement of Current Monthly Income and Calculation of Commitment Period and Disposable Income (Chapter 13)
