I have my 314 meeting on 4/19. My question is, if the trustee and laywer have not told me that I need anything but drivers license and social security card will I have to take the other things I've heard, such as bank statements, income taxes, house deed/title?

I filed a Chapter 13 in 2002 and am converting to a chapter 7. During my first meeting I didn't have to show them anything. We didn't have to show them anythign at the 314 for Chapter 13.

Our 3 secured debts, mortgage, second mortgage, and auto loan have all been reaffirmed (actually the mortgage didn't get reaffirmed because it was current and they said it didn't need to be). Just want to be prepared for the meeting so that I don't get the trustee in a bad mood.

    It depends on the Trustee.

You should be "prepared" to give them 2 years of tax returns (2003, and 2004) as well as 3 months of bank statements from all accounts from the month you filed, or converted, and a recent pay stub.

But if they don't ask for them, don't give it to them.

Thank you for the reply. As for the bank statements, I converted in March, so do I bring March, February, and January? I'll have to go to the bank and get these, I don't keep my copies.

        YES, that is correct.
