Judgements in a Ch 7??Please help!!

I am Mortgage Broker and I am running into a problem with a client about 2 judgements showing up on title . They filed Ch 7 because of the judgements. They show in the Bk schedules but evidently they are not expunged?? Shouldn't their BK attorney of done this during their filing process?? My title co. says I have to get a court order that sets them aside before they will give me clear title? I this a long process and should their BK attorney handle this?? Thanks
