Chp 7 filed in June last year - still pending. Unperfected title on home. Trustee took home, bank has land. Trying to buy it all back now - thanks to a close friend.
Lender negligence case against Title Co, and bank.
Poor representation by my lawyer, doesn't seem to be working in my best interest, never has.Found out Trustee knew "nothing" about offers to purchase land/home back.
Had "title insurance" that never got to court! Never went to court - lawyer waited till I had default judgements against me, never answered adversary complaints - REALLY DID NOTHING. (except tell me to find a "little apartment" somewhere)
Big legal mess all the way around. A simple Chapter 7 - NOT HARDLY! My lawyer said I couldn't do a Chapter 13?
A VERY HARD, UPSETTING YEAR......and still not over.
