I don't understand the car expense allowance?

I own 2 old cars and I own them . What are my dollar allowances for 2 cars in so ca . Do I get a full 508 for 2 cars or what . I is broke down and needs an engine . The other is a gas hog 15 a day in gas. which is 450 a month on gas minimum. My hubby did not keep receipts for up keep but that is at least 5 month. Is it ok when you don't have a receipt.
