I can't believe it - I don't get to come back to the forum very often but I cannot tell you all just how much you have helped me when I have.
It has been over a year since my first visit to my BK atty and I finally saved enough $ to file.
It's been a very difficult year but I've shared it with my wonderful man and so it's also been one of the best years of my life.
Keep positive everyone and know there are options and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I'll keep you posted on my case as well.
No assets really to speak of - live in an apartment and have a 1998 VW Passat that my fantastic man keeps running for us.
Over $30k in credit card debt due to late fees, interest, etc.
