    Here's an interesting one !

    We are filing ch 7... my question is, can you file on a balance owed to BWC (workmans comp )? My husband's small business ( sole proprietor) went belly up... thus causing the situation we are in . We have a bill from workman's comp I was hoping we can toss in with the rest of our cc and medical debt.. Can we do this ??
    Please help ??

    Did you guys hire an attorney to compile your chp7 petition? But to answer your question, go ahead and list the debt in your petition.

      Hi Todd, yes we did hire an attorney. I was going to ask him the same question whenever he calls us back ! But thank you for answering it for me, so we can list it on our petition?
