Hi All and thanks in advance.
1. I have been living with my sister for about a year and a half. She is in the mortgage industry and made good money until now. She upped my rent beginning of the year. I also owe her around 15k which I have been paying her back. I stopped once I stopped paying other creditors but I realize this might cause a problem with preferential payments. My concern is that a lot of times I paid her cash for rent or the loan and until March I did not keep a good paper trail. I also pay all of the utilities. Lawyer said nothing to worry about but I don't want her to get caught in this mess.
2. I have sent via my amex card some paypal payments to a person who I have gambled with in the past. I am past the 90 day window but if the ttree ever looks at my amex statements and sees the persons co name could he ask about where the money went? These payments total $2600 over 5 months but I paid the Amex bill back except for what I owe that is revolving which does not include that money. Could this be an issue? Thanks for your help.
