Gosh..unauthorized pulls after Lending Tree

I was hoping to maybe get in a better and cheaper ride so I went to Lending Tree. It "officially" introduced me to two lenders, Capital One and Road...something but I didn't like the rates and conditions so I decided to hold on to my current vehice.

Well Truecredit sends me an alert today that there have been some activity on my credit. I found out that 2 local car dealers that I have never dealt/spoke with have pulled my credit. What's up with that??

I would contact those dealers directly and ask they have the inquiries removed, as you did not authorize them. I've tried lending tree myself, and until you select a lender to apply for its only supposed to be a soft pull for the purpose of pre-approval.
