    Great!!

We came out exactly $300 under the median income. I am guessing the trustee is going to go through our expenses with a fine tooth comb right? I have been saving no receipts. We spend a lot on diapers, but from Costco (wholesale store) that doesn't accept visa, so we pay with cash, but I never save receipts. For the most part if we are a family of 5, will they let us do a chapter 7?

If your under the median income for your state then yes. You need to talk to your attorney.

We are seeing more and more people here get audited or asked for verifying documentation. Being below the Median only means you don't have to complete the Means Test. Get to Line 15 and stop. From there, it's gonna be luck of the draw, I'd **think**.

Just start saving receipts now. The cash amounts you spend at Costco now will match up pretty well with what you've spent in the past. Withdrawals that will show on past bank statements. Chances are, you go about the same time every month. Like a once a month shopping spree or every other week anyway.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
