Time Is Running Out!

Please help!
I am right at the write off stage on two credit cards - 24,000 & 33,000
I know I have to file bk7 - out of work, waiting for disability!
The question - can the credt card companys put a lein on my house?
If so, how long after write off will this happen?
If they do put a lein on my house or freeze my bank account's, will this be reversed when I file bk7

Generally, unsecured credit cards need to sue you first and obtain a judgment before they can lien anything. So you still have some time. But what are you waiting for...
