I have a couple of questions about my checking account.
I have overdraft protection. I had gone in pretty deep - like $1000 - into overdraft two months ago. I had stopped paying my credit cards at that time, and I pretty quickly (over about 3 weeks) brought it down to a positive balance, not much of one but positive. Does this count as a large amount of money that I paid to one particular creditor?
Also, with my credit union I have a visa check card - that is all they offer. I use it as my ATM, you can also charge to it (although apparently it is still detectable as a debit card). I don't owe anything on it, do I have to declare that as well?
