Anyone apply for a car loan/lease or credit card through BMW Financial Services and had positive results?

I applied for the card a few days ago but haven't heard anything yet. I'm expecting a decline, and imagine its much easier to get the auto loan than the credit card (secured vs. unsecured). I'll update when I get the results.
