    Navigating Pacer

Okay....I've set up my account with Pacer, but I can't find any listing for my account/ case number. Sorry to sound so dumb, but I am not having much luck finding the info I need. When I run a query on my case it comes back no info found. This could get spendy at .08 a page.

Should I wait until after my 341 to access info on my case?

    Thanks for the hand holding

    There's directions in this thread:

    http://www.bankruptcyforum.com/showthread.php?t=1011

to get you to your case.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

      Go to: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/

Click on U.S. Party Case Index

      Click "Login"

Sign in with your username and password

      Under "Search" click "Bankruptcy"

Leave all of the blanks/boxes as they are and type in your social security number (with dashes)

      Click "Search"

      Click on your Case Number

Click on "Case Summary" to see the current status, and then just hit back to get back to the main "menu" to see other options, like documents, filings, etc.

Hope you have some success with these directions!
