cant view 341 trustee report

I get to the page where it shows all documents that have been posted, but some have a blue # i can click on and read ,and some have a black # that you cant click. Unfortunately the one i want to read is black. I did click on the grey bullet, and it says: Full docket text for document 17:
Trustee's Initial Report & First Meeting Held and Adjourned (trustee name)

I sure wish I could see what he has decided? Am i doing something wrong?
I have been patient. My 341 was the 22nd of May and this just posted today, the 5th of June. All this waiting,, and I cant even read it...grr

My attorney hasnt called, so Im hoping no news is good news. They did call yesterday because I have to reaffirm some charges to a c.c.(for fuel) that were made 90 days before my initial consult back in January (even though we waited until April to file). They said we could fight it but it would cost more than just reaffirming $1500. to that card.

I just wish I could see if he wanted our land!

Thanks again, just aggrivated after waiting so long... Maybe something else will post tomorrow (like the trustee statment with a blue link) Anyone know?

May I ask how the Trustee or the CC compny knew when you first consulted an attorney?? Is there some sort of record that is kept when you consult various attorneys?

I started referring all calls to my attorney after i retained him in January. Thats what i was told to do. I figured this would hang me, and it did. But it was soooo worth it to have them stop calling me. I work from home and have to answer the phone, and I get calls from all over the U.S. (no way to screen em)

That document (Trustee's Report) is never accessible on Pacer. The report is actually sent to the US Trustee (even attoney's don't see it).

Thanks HHM , So how does everyone know what the trustee reports? Will he post something else on pacer?

ok, i checked again this evening..... he wants our land. wonder if he will be happy after that, and discharge us? that was the only objection he has posted, today anyways. i hope everything else goes ok. i can deal with losing the land, im just ready for it to be over.... thanks again
