would it be to my advantage to go ahead and start working on my credit reports now? I have about 3 1/2 months to go until my 13 is complete. There is nothing really way off on them...just some debts that were included in my bankruptcy are not reporting as such.

It takes about 30-45 days to run thru a Dispute Cycle. You Dispute, then the Creditors have to verfiy or not. Then the CRA makes appropriate changes to your Credit Reporting.
At 3 months out from Discharge, you'd get thru 2, maybe 3 rounds of Disputes toward getting everything reporting correctly by the time your Discharge comes thru.
Definitely worth a shot. Worst that can happen is nothing changes and you have to do it all again. Best case scenario, you've got a jump start out of the blocks when your BK is Discharged.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
