My 341 meeting was held April 10, which means I should be due for a discharge in the next week. However, I had indicated that I want to reaffirm my car. Between Capital One messing around with getting me the paperwork, and me messing around in getting it back, this hasn't been filed with the court. I know the court requires reaffirmation to be filed within 45 days of the hearing. What happens since I missed that? In addition, I filed pro se so I know I will have to have a hearing with the judge before they approve the reaffirmation agreement. Does this then delay the discharge?
Also, were some of you able to get lower interest rates with your Capital One reaffirmation? I vaguely remember seeing some people discuss that, but I was offered the exact same terms for the reaffirmation. I have always paid on time, though I have only had the account for 15 months.
