after the 341 held and concluded

after the 341 has been held and concluded on pacer how long does it take for the trustee to file saying no assets found?
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

Generally within a week, but depending on your case and how things are done it your district it could vary significantly. Some have been posted the same day as the meeting is held and if the trustee is looking over your case it could be out close to the 60 day mark before he/she decides.

A lot depends on the particular Trustee you draw and the capabilities of the Court where you filed.

Some Courts are set up to post to PACER immediately from the Meeting Room. Ours was. The Trustee's assistant was posting to PACER as the cases progressed on our 341 day.

Some Courts aren't set up for posting from the 341 Meeting Room.

Some Trustees post at the end of the day, the next day, or once a week, at then end of the week.

There really is no rhyme or reason to how the Postings appear.

Just check over you case stuff on PACER and make sure to note the Date of Last Filing. Until that date changes, nothing new has been posted in your case. Saves you money checking your file all the time.

        Yeah
I see that all the other cases that have the same trustee as me have not been updated since the 341 was held and concluded the 341 was on 05/21/07 but the the part where she filed saying the 341 was held and concluded was filed on 5-21-07 but not entered until 6-1-07 thak you all for the input I did not think it would be so nerve racking when I filed I thought 3 or 4 months is nothing but it is a long few months I cant wait until it is over.
