House in bankruptcy
Our bankruptcy was final 3 yrs and 2 mos ago and our house that we filed on is still sitting empty and nothing has been done with it ( it is still in our name). Someone we know through mutual friends called the mortgage co to find out about buying it and they said to leave it alone because they were going to go after us for the money. Can they do that through some loop hole in the system? We filed pro se and have had no problems with anything else other than this.
