i am being sued for unpaid medical bills and i dont give a sh*t
not going to answer not going to show up
what going to happen
i have no assets
and no job
anybody out there what happens

First within 6-8 months your medical creditors will sell off your debt to a collector or go to court to get a judgment against you. The collector will harrass you and eventually in 5-6 more months either sell off your debt to a junk collector or go to court to get a judgment against you. As long as you remain jobless and asset-free, they can't get any money from you, but the judgments will remain in place.

If you ever do get a job again or own assets that can be seized and sold by your creditors, you can count on losing part of what you earn to garnishment or loss of the asset by repossession or foreclosure.
