Desperate Questions
I would appreciate ANY help to my many questions regarding chapter 7
1) home was bought with a "non-occupant co-owner" how would CH7 affect the cosigner?
2) Would a "work out plan" on an FHA mtg. affect my filing and thus keeping my house? I am so afraid to lose my home that I worked soo hard for!
3) Does bankrupcy remove leins (non-mechanic)from my property? I was alo told that becuase the property is co-owned that creditrs could not place leins on the property? How do I find out if there are leins?
4) Any suggestions for "low cost" banrupcy organizations or any suggestions for those of us who have no $$ to file CH7 (ironic isnt it?)
