    Closed Business and 341

I recently filed for Ch7. About three years ago I closed a business that I had run out of my house for about 6-8 months. It was a computer repair business and it did not do well at all. I think all in all, I grossed about $1200 and netted about $300 of that.

I have read in other threads that business owners usually get asked for other documentation. What is the likelihood that the trustee will ask for documents from the business. I have my tax return from that year showing my Schedule C for the business, but I do not have balance sheets, ledgers, or anything else like that as I was just running the business out of my house.
I am not a lawyer. My posts are my opinion only.

Given how long ago the business operated and the fact that the numbers are so low, you won't have to report anything vis-a-vis your BK.

The business is listed on my Ch7 filing. Will that make a difference?
