Hi I am about to file a chap. 7 I am worried about that I refinanced a second morg. 8 mos ago took 23k cash out . I only made 3 payments. I was told that
cause its secured loan and its been 8 mos it should be ok . I have about 8k left
I live in NJ no assets I think they said I am allowed 14k in assets. I have a car payment.
