1st meeting with lawyer today...lasted about 20 minutes. Basically said I would have to file a 13, even though I am only about 5k above the median. My wife suggested strongly that we figure out a way to file a 7, but the attorney didn't seem interested and didn't think we could do it. Makes me a little skeptical...looking forward to next free consult Monday. Should I be concerned that this last attorney we met with would not pursue a 7?
