Online access to cc denied

I was getting online statements from my cc accounts. I just tried logging in today and noticed that providian is denying online access until I call to speak with someone.

I do not get paper statements in the mail.

Will this pose a problem in terms of filing paperwork as I don't plan on filing bk until Sept/Oct???

I don't really want to call as I already know they want money, of which I don't have.

Any suggestions?

hi twuoo....had the same thing with n city...couldn't access account any more...luckily, i had a couple of statements laying around...as long as you can provide a contact address of the creditor and the account number
and the accurate balance owed, you'll be fine.....you can also get this information from your most current credit report...I advise you to get all 3
before going to an attorney to file bk or get them any way if filing pro se.
