I filed chapter 7 about 4 years ago and had a house which i keep but now i'm going through a divorce and can't afford to keep it anymore.Is there anything that can be done to have it fall under the bankrupcty still?if not anyone have any ideas on what i can do before it forcloses on me or am I just screwed?

You cannot reopen your Bk, but you could file a chapter 13 if you otherwise qualify.

Is the house in foreclosure? If not, why not just sell it, that is what usually happens in divorces.
