bank accounts

good morning everyone...i have a question about 2 bank accounts i have.
one with bank other at credit union...other than paying utilities from one account, that is reflected on my statement, I havent had a balance left over 10.00 in both accounts since the case was filed on june 5....my 341 is
tommorrow morning...trustee didn't request statements but i gave lawer
statements from both accounts showing the low balances....heres my question: God willing and the meeting goes well in the morning, once the meeting is behind me, can i start to keep money in these accounts again
or should i wait until after i hopefully get my discharge? can the trustee
go after money i put in bank before i get discharged??? thanks...guzzie

You could have kept money in the account after filing, they only use the up to 6 months to filing. In really weird cases they may ask for bank statements after but they would have to be looking for asset fraud. Put your money back into your bank, you can wait for after the meeting if it makes you feel more comfortable.
